She is already well known as one of New Zealand's top DJ's who is a regular performer for New Zealand's premier House Music events company Highlife Entertainment, and for one of New Zealand's longest running club nights "Mint" before moving to Australia to expand her musical experiences.
Her style ranges from funky pounding electro to driving big room anthems. She's DJ'ed for crowds across New Zealand and has started her international repertoire. The Disko Diva has an energetic stage presence and is a beautiful DJ. Not only can she rock a dance floor with driving basslines, gripping vocals & endless energy but this combined with her sassy style, has made her such a hit.
Having a strong NZ following from her 4.5 year career in the industry her enthusiasm, passion and energy behind the decks led the Disko Diva to be a feature DJ at Auckland's top bars and clubs supporting numerous international DJs & producers. Her ability to interact with the crowd creates such a vibe in her sets that has seen her secure regular spots throughout New Zealand's most popular clubs.
Not one to follow the masses and change with every new sound that comes along ensures that her sets are packed full of music from start to finish and will leave nobody able to resist the dance floor.
Regular playing at large dance parties, small bars and clubs has amplified the Diva's ability to read crowds, and ensures that wherever and whenever she's playing you know it's going to be one hell of a party.

Louis Oberleuter aka - DJ KINA - continues to be a true entertainer in every sense of the word. Maintaining a high standard, his all-round natural instincts for the entertainment industry set him apart from most. After 16 years of experience in almost every aspect of the entertainment industry, be it pre-production to marketing or recording to audience participation, his passion for what he does shines brightly through his actions and his expression.

  



Roots

Having started his musically themed career at the age of 14, his first Dj residency was at the local football club in Cairns where he played his junior years of rugby league. Every Sunday after all games were completed, he would play records for the local patrons who were there to celebrate both wins or losses... and celebrate they did. This is truly where he honed his dance floor-burning attitude towards entertainment. From here, he not only has progressed and developed an understanding of his destiny but also has made every effort to pursue his dreams and ambitious goals.

Career

Expressed as a highlighted achievement of his illustrious career is his community involvement with the Queensland Police Citizens Youth Club and Welfare Association as a youth development officer instigating and implementing self-awareness programs for teenage groups. As the project manager for the installation of First Step Recording Facility for underprivileged artists in the Logan Area and targeting a troubled youth yearning for expression through music, his consignment here fulfilled a personal challenge and his advancing career. All areas of his career have developed from self-education and the passion to learn about his professional hobby.

Believing in himself, his character and with an insurmountable passion for music, he continues to entertain and amuse many through his lifestyle motto.

In the short period of seven years, Gavin Boyd has gone from winning turntablism competitions (QLD ITF Champion 2003/Stanton Central Station Battle 2002) to judging them (QLD DMC Championships and 2006 QLD Scribble Jam), gone from opening sets at local clubs to headlining at cutting edge Hip-Hop/R&B clubs around Australia – Gavin Boyd has evolved into a true “Triple Threat” DJ, mastering roles as a Turntablist, Battle DJ and Club Rocker! He has built a career on bringing people the latest joints mixed seamlessly – whether it be Hip-Hop, R&B, Dancehall, Soul, Funk, House or Pop.

Introducing DJ Jamez Brown, started a career of Djing in 1994 at a "ounce were warriors" style pub, where if the crowd did not like what you were playing, they would be quick to let you know by throwing beer bottles (empty and full), lets just say, same mistakes were not made twice.
From Dunedin to Whangarei in New Zealand, and Sydney to Port Headland in Australia, Jamez has been jamming the jams, creating the cutz and mixing the mixes, constantly treading on a fine line between contrast and consistencey, to keep the crowds ammused and entertained, and to give them a unique experience, this has been the style of Dj Jamez Brown.

JAG is easing his way to be part of the elite DJ list. His seamless skills on the decks are that of a seasoned pro yet this somewhat young and passionate music player has success oozing from his fingertips. With an attitude of enthusiasm, Jag is a real person with real passion for the music and thoroughly enjoys the industry. Coming from the same school that taught Kristian Hernandez and Gavin Boyd, Jag has been taught the hard knocks way by Brisbane's legendary Blackbeat team. He has learnt that the music ALWAYS comes first. Since making the finals of the Central Station Dj Battle for 2008, Jag is gaining credibility by frequenting the Planet Nightclub DJ Roster which includes two of his idol's - Matt Kitshon and Wahoo. It is his energetic stage presence that differentiates Jag from the rest. His interaction with his audience brings the dance floor to life. It's not just smooth tracks blends, or on-point track selections or even his ability to scratch and remix live. It is the overall feeling that Jag evokes from his audience. New to the scene Oscar V is now in the major clubs around Brisbane and North Queensland. First starting his career in the dance industry he soon found his calling as a rnb hip hop Dj. Making numerous mixtapes for his colleagues and friends he soon rose to the plate and began to work for major venues. There is never a shortage of Reggaeton in Oscar V's music. Being from South America him self he has promised the people of Brisbane to bring some of that latino flavor to the mix. Although he may seem focused while djing he is always ready for a laugh and fun times.

Graham Fisher is an experienced pro D.J. who eats, sleeps and breaths music. He plays jazz, funk, house, electro and pop.
He can be found performing currently at the Treasury Casino, Melbourne Hotel and Normanby Hotel. He also performs at profile events such as the recent Cha Cha Char “Annual Picnic in the Park” (as pictured above).
Previously he has performed at The Press Club, G.P.O. and the Exchange Hotel. Just to name a few!
On top of a busy schedule as a D.J. he produces and remixes music used in his events. He also M.C. s events such as: The Queensland regional heats of the “Jack Daniels International Air Guitar Competition”.
He is a consummate performer with a cooperative and thoughtful attitude.  We are confident that you will enjoy working with him.

Karl Watson aka DJ Masta K is a veteran in the art of mixing music as a DJ. As a weekly resident in various venues in and around South Queensland, Masta K is better known for his dancefloor-rocking sets at Hypnotiq in Cesars Nightclub and at the Mystique Nightclub. Being in the industry for more than 10 years, Karl has developed his skills and abilities to adapt to any style and genre required of him to electrify his audience. His musical knowledge and his passion for the industry are the core to this New Zealand born DJ. His appreciation for all kinds of music has guided him through many cities and has helped, not only with understanding people but understanding their musical preferences.

As well as Australia, Karl has a well-established reputation abroad, in particular, the New Zealand Urban scene. Starting his career hosting national radio shows on the ZM Network, Karl also held down the Entertainment Manager position for the Coyote Bar franchise to better understand his industry.

In the role of Event Management, Masta K has masterminded several successful International Turntable Federation tournaments which has earned him supports for world reknowned turntablists such as; A-Track (World DMC DJ Champion and Producer), DJ P-Trix (USA DMC Champion), DJ Lil Jazz (Canadian DMC Champion), DJ Rectangle (Hip Hop Mixtape Producer), DJ Total Eclipse (USA DMC Champion and X-Ecutioners member).

Throughout Karl's career, he has had the opportunities to work alongside many household names in the Recording Industry and the DJ industry including; DJ P-Money (#3 World DJ Champion), DJ CXL (NZ DMC Champion), DJ Sirvere (Recording Artist and Major Flavours Producer), DJ Manchoo (NZ DMC Champion), MC Tom Thumb (Recording Artist and World Beatbox Champion), Nesian Mystik (Recording Artis), Che-Fu (Recording Artist), DJ Bluffsta (Mixtape Producer), DJ Dezaster (Mixtape Producer), Deceptikonz (Dawn Raid Recording Artists) and Savage (TOP10 US Rapper and Dawn Raid Recording Artist).
